Intense Luminosity – Embracing the Nature of Rage – Download Flyer
Rage is energy-impermanent in nature, luminous in quality. Rage is disguised fear and this very fear undermines our ability to be peaceful in these uncertain times. In this contemplative and interactive day-long, we embrace rage elementally-with compassion. Understanding the empty nature of our projections, we discover that it is not rage that we fear but rather the intense clarity of our own light. Using the simple and elegant Tibetan Bon Buddhist practice of the Five Warrior Syllables, we embody the pure nature of our Disguises of RageTM and practice meditations that teach us to rest in the vast space in between our fleeting fears while cultivating the heart.
