Ruth,

I am consistently moved by your candor and self disclosure. Your personal testimony is both inspirational and familiar. You really spark my growing and I feel so grateful to you. It's unquestionably true. You are here to impart the goodness that is you, that is me, that is. Fondly, Your Oakland brother, John

Ruth,
You are helping me to heal, again. I find myself afraid to love in my relationships not so much (anymore) by being afraid of being abandoned by rejection, but "pre-grieving". "What if I really love my friend and she dies?" A few weeks ago a very dear friend of mine did die and I found myself ready for it. We had said everything we needed to say to each other and now I am grieving. Thanks for reminding me that I don't have to know where this old "pre-grieving" idea comes from. All I have to do is to be open to my inner space/God and LET it heal. Yikes.

Ruth,
Thank you for sharing your personal process. Moment to moment, it is a choice to move toward unity, love and compassion or to stay in separation - with myself and others. Looking inward can be frightening for me. I feel more courageous knowing I'm on this journey with other "like minded" souls. Much love and light, Susan

"Life offers us many opportunities to rest the constriction of our convictions in spacious awareness...". As I read your blog, I noticed the tension melt from my back and I released a much needed sigh. Thank you for these wise words in knowing challenging times offer such rich opportunities.

Thank you so much for this. What really resonated with me is when you said, "Perhaps when we say we need space, what we really need is to surrender to the spacious nature of ourselves." I can't say what grabs me about that statement, but what I do know is my soul is calling for it's experience. Thank you. I'm excited to read more of your blogs. Peace and Blessings, Tara
