A fee of $50.00 per check is charged for checks returned or rejected by the bank for any reason. No exceptions.
Book & CD Purchases
All purchases are final and non-refundable. You will be notified when a book or CD is Out Of Stock, and contacted the moment new stock arrives.
Coaching & Consulting
Coaching sessions are for 1 hour, however the first session is 1 1/2 hours. You are charged full price for missed appointments. Payment can not be transferred or refunded. Cancellations must be made three days in advance. If you must make an emergency cancellations, less than three days advanced notice, you are charged for 50% of cost.
Retreat Refunds/Transfers
Coaching:
Coaching fees are due in advance of or the day of service and are not refundable or transferrable.
Retreats:
There is a $300.00 non-refundable deposit for retreats. If you paid in full and cancel three weeks prior to a retreat, the balance of your registration is refunded less $300.00. You also have the option of transferring your balance to a future retreat. Should you cancel in a time period that is less than three weeks of the scheduled retreat, you do not receive a refund and your balance cannot be transferred to a future retreat. Retreats that are discounted [early registration discounts, partial or full scholarships, etc.] are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This includes the discount as well as monies paid.
A fee if $75.00 is charged for those registering later than the designated time indicted on the preparation pages. An additional $75.00 is charged for interviews after designated time periods as noted on the retreat preparation page.
There is no on-site registration for retreats. Prework and an interview may be required.
Workshops/Groups:
There is a $75.00 non-refundable deposit required for workshops and groups. Should you cancel three weeks prior to the workshop or group, your registration is refunded less $75.00. You also have the option of transferring your balance to a future workshop or group. Should you cancel in a time period that is less than three weeks of the scheduled event, you do not receive a refund and your balance cannot be transferred to a future event. Workshops and/or groups that are discounted [early registration discounts, partial or full scholarships, etc.] are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This includes the discount as well as monies paid.

Location:
Retreat, workshop and group locations and times are subject to change and will be confirmed via email once payment is received. Be sure to confirm retreat, workshop and group location prior to making air plans.
