What is a Mad Hatter Tea Party?
A Mad Hatter Tea Party is a great opportunity for Sister CirclesTM, book clubs, special interest groups, spiritual circles, management teams, young adults, or any group of men and women to chat live with Ruth and explore ways to become more emotionally wise. Your time with Ruth will be a lovely and lively Q&A telephone chat.
The hourly rate is $375 (Purchase)
Three Steps to get started!
Email us your request at least 4-weeks in advance including the following information:
- Contact name and email address
- Your city, state & time zone
- Three date and time options (hopefully, one will work)
- A bit about the history of your group and your areas of interest
We will confirm a date and time with your contact person (or request more options). We will then email you a secure online credit card payment link.
Once payment is received, we will email a confirmation which will include a call-in telephone number and pin code. At the designated time, you call the number and dial in the pin code, and we start our chat!
Keep in mind that if your group plans to meet in one location, you will need a quality telephone that has conference call features.

“The Sisters were literally ‘radiating’ at the end of our (Mad Hatter) session, each so touched by being able to share with you and to have their story honored by you. Their heartfelt responsiveness to the book and the process of being together in Circle has been powerful. It has felt quite literally like a ‘miracle healing’ to see the women changing right before my eyes in the past few weeks. I found this material has (also) supported me in finding my voice in a very soulful way. Thank you again for giving back so much…I’m passing it on! ” Mary Best, Therapist, DC
Some Tea Party tips!
- Make it a Mad Hatter Tea Party-serve tea and treats, and wear an outrageous hat that would characterize your Disguise of RageTM (references in Healing Rage book).
- Meet in a quiet place. This will ensure a quality conference connection.
- We recommend that you start your tea at least 30+ minutes prior to your chat with Ruth. Spend time enjoying each other’s hats–have a fashion show and/or try to guess which disguise each hat represents. Be Mad Hatters but have fun!
- Prior to calling Ruth, plan together the key questions you want to ask. We estimate that in a 1-hour chat, 4-6 questions can be thoroughly answered.
- If possible, allow everyone a chance to speak or have 1 or 2 persons ask the questions that speak for the group.
- After your chat with Ruth, remember to disconnect your phone call then continue your chat with each other.
- You may want to end your tea with each person sharing a simple intention, action or insight that they feel will support their well being and support your group’s well being moving forward.
- End with a tea toast!
