Joyfully Together: Anger, Rage, Love
February 27 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Join us in honour of Black History USA and LGBTQIA+ Month, to hear the wisdom of Lama Rod Owens and Ruth King as they share Buddhist philosophy and contemplative practices to tap into anger, rage and love.
Organized by Buddhist Across Traditions
Buddhists Across Traditions (UK) is BPOC/BAME centered collective uniting Buddhist and mindfulness groups in service of racial justice, social equity and healing. The group emerged as a heart call to united and community engaged action as a result of the unfolding of events in 2020, which heightened the need for healing racial, ethnic and social inequities endemic in our society. We feel that our practices can foster a radically different society to blossom; bringing racial healing and justice into everyday living.
