Coaching Cancellation Practice
The day you were born, a problem was solved. - anonymous
A block of time has been set aside for your coaching. Please plan your schedule so that you can attend your session in private and on time out of respect for yourself and courtesy to me and my client schedule.
Payment must be received prior to your session. Your session is not confirmed on my schedule until payment is received. You can pay via Zelle at [email protected].
A Zoom link is sent once payment is received. This Zoom link is your session confirmation. Once your session is confirmed via this link, we do not send reminders.
This Zoom link will work for each of your subsequent sessions unless otherwise notified by my office.
Subsequent appointments are scheduled during your coaching session.
You must cancel at least 3 business days prior to your session otherwise you are charged.
To maintain coaching momentum, it is recommended that scheduling appointments not exceed three-weeks between sessions. Appointments that are regularly rescheduled or extend beyond three weeks will not be accommodated.
If you are late arriving to your session, you will receive the time that is left in your appointment. If I am more than 10 minutes late for our appointment, we will make whatever adjustments that mutually seem fair and appropriate at that time. For any appointment missed or if you cancel less than 3 weekdays in advance of your scheduled session, it will count as a session in your cycle.
Fees are not based on a per-session basis. Instead, you are paying for a cycle of support. Should you choose to cancel after the first session, you will be refunded the balance minus $550.00 and any processing fees. No refunds are provided should you choose to cancel after the first session.
This cancellation practice is intended to offer clarity, safety, and trust so that we can focus our time on your wellbeing, which I look forward to supporting.
Thank you. Ruth
